Mac & Cheese-Stuffed Meatballs

Cheesy, saucy, and totally over-the-top in the best way. These meatballs have a gooey mac & cheese center that surprises in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked mac & cheese (cold & firm)
  • Marinara sauce for serving
  • Fresh parsley or parmesan for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, and seasonings until well combined.
  2. Scoop a tablespoon of mac & cheese and roll into a small ball.
  3. Take a handful of meat mixture and flatten, then wrap around the mac & cheese ball, sealing it completely.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve with warm marinara and enjoy the cheesy surprise inside!
