Mac & Cheese-Stuffed Meatballs
Cheesy, saucy, and totally over-the-top in the best way. These meatballs have a gooey mac & cheese center that surprises in every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked mac & cheese (cold & firm)
- Marinara sauce for serving
- Fresh parsley or parmesan for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, and seasonings until well combined.
- Scoop a tablespoon of mac & cheese and roll into a small ball.
- Take a handful of meat mixture and flatten, then wrap around the mac & cheese ball, sealing it completely.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Serve with warm marinara and enjoy the cheesy surprise inside!
