Marshmallow Bunny Tails Popcorn Balls

Fluffy, sweet, and irresistibly cute—these popcorn balls look just like bunny tails and make the perfect Easter treat!


Ingredients:

  • 6 cups popped popcorn (plain or lightly salted)
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • Extra mini marshmallows (for “tails”)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Popcorn:
    • Place popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl. Remove any unpopped kernels.
  2. Make the Marshmallow Mixture:
    • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
    • Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
    • Stir in vanilla extract if using.
  3. Mix it Up:
    • Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn.
    • Stir quickly with a spatula (greased or buttered hands work great too) until all the popcorn is evenly coated.
  4. Form the Balls:
    • Let the mixture cool slightly, then form into 8–10 round balls with your hands.
    • Roll each ball in shredded coconut to coat.
  5. Add the Bunny Tails:
    • Press one mini marshmallow into each popcorn ball to look like a tail.
  6. Cool & Set:
    • Let them set at room temperature on wax or parchment paper for 15–20 minutes.
