  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 4 cups breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Lasagna Noodles:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay the noodles flat on a sheet of parchment paper to cool.
  2. Make the Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Assemble the Rolls:
