Teriyaki Pina Colada Burger

Teriyaki Pina Colada Burger is our favorite! It’s a secret blend of meat for the juiciest burger, teriyaki sauce, pineapple and a special pina colada sauce.


  • 4 hamburger patties
  • 4 pineapple slices
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon rum (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Prep the Teriyaki Glaze: In a small bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, coconut cream, rum (if using), and lime juice. Set aside.
  2. Grill the Patties: Season the hamburger patties with salt and pepper. Grill them over medium heat until they reach your desired level of doneness, flipping once.
  3. Add Pineapple: During the last few minutes of grilling the patties, place the pineapple slices on the grill. Cook until they are slightly charred and warm.
  4. Cheese Please: Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty during the last minute of grilling to let it melt.
  5. Assemble the Burgers: Spread a generous amount of the teriyaki piña colada sauce on each bun. On the bottom bun, place the shredded lettuce, followed by the grilled patty with cheese, and a grilled pineapple slice.
  6. Final Touches: Drizzle a little more sauce over the pineapple, then top with the other half of the bun.
  7. Serve: Enjoy your Teriyaki Piña Colada Burger immediately, with a side of your choice.
