  • 1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  1. Preheat the Oven:
