1 block feta cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes
4 to 5 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon honey, optional
Fresh basil or parsley
Garlic bread, crostini, or toasted baguette slices for dipping
