Ingredients:

• Double Stuff Oreos
• Chocolate melting wafers
• Red candy melts
• Parchment paper
• Small edible eyes
• Mini pink hearts
• Piping bag or zip topped bag

Instructions:

1. Melt the red candy melts according to the package instructions.  You can add a little oil to them if they are not smooth once melted.  Add in your Oreo cookie.
2. Coat both sides of the cookie then lift with a fork.  Remove excess candy melt and move to some parchment paper.  Allow to set up about an hour before continuing.
3. Melt the chocolate wafers according to the package instructions.  Dip your red coated cookie into the chocolate just a bit to get your face.  Return to parchment paper.  Immediately press in two eyes.  
4. Add some melted chocolate to a piping bag or zip topped bag.  Cut the corner off and add the line down the middle of your lady bug as well as a few dots as shown below.
5. Add candy hearts to some of your dots.  Allow everything to harden completely before serving.

They were spotted at Walmart by Instagram account @Snackstalker. “The best holiday gift is here! Froot loop flavored pop-tarts! Can’t wait to try these,” they wrote in the caption.

Pop-Tarts doesn’t have the new flavor listed as part of its official lineup jusy yet. It’s also not available on Walmart.com. These treats will have to be bought in person and when you can find them!

• 2 Large Sweet Potatoes
• ½ Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
• 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
• Pinch of salt and pepper

Topping

• ⅔ Cup Chopped Pecans
• ¼ Cup Shredded Cheese optional
• Brown Sugar or coconut sugar optional

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the sweet potatoes in a baking tray and pierce them with a fork, then bake until soft.
2. Once the sweet potatoes are cooked remove from the oven and allow them to cool until ready to handle.
3. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then gently scoop out the insides into a bowl. Stir in the spices and using a fork mix to combine and mash the sweet potato flesh.
4. Scoop this filling back into the sweet potato skins. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and chopped pecans and return to the oven.
5. Bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, until hot and melty. Enjoy!

Julie Ruttinger, who lives just outside Detroit, Michigan, is the proud keeper of the fruitcake that was baked by her great-great grandmother Fidelia Ford in 1878.

“It’s a great thing,” Ruttinger, 56, told the Associated Press. “It was a tradition. It’s a legacy.”

Ford’s fruit dessert was meant to age for a year before serving. Sadly, she passed away before the time came to indulge in the fruitcake. Ford’s husband being too sad to eat the cake, rested her obituary on top of the cake and enclosed it in glass.

The rock-hard loaf has since been passed down for five generations.

Ruttinger’s father, Morgan Ford, was entrusted with the cake until his death in 2013. The cake went to church, attended family gatherings and even appeared on “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” over 15 years ago.

Leno bravely tried a tiny bite in 2003 after cutting into it with a pocket knife. “It needs more time,” the former late night host joked. Ford, who also took a nibble, described the confection as tasteless and “not good.”

The oldest known cake in the world that still exists today was made from sesame, honey and possibly some milk. It was found in the grave of Prince Pepionkh, who lived in Egypt around 2200 B.C., according to Guinness World Records.

Crust:

• 1 1/2 cup ground graham crackers
• 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Chocolate Chip Ice Cream:

• 2 cups heavy cream very cold
• 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
• 7 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
• 24 flat marshmallows* (see note)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper (or foil). Allowing parchment paper to run up along the sides of the pan. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground graham crackers and melted butter. Transfer mixture to prepared baking pan and press into an even layer along the bottom of the pan.
3. Pour cold heavy cream, condensed milk, and cocoa powder into a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip mixture to stiff peaks. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Spread chocolate ice cream mixture over graham cracker layer. Place marshmallows on top of ice cream. Cover baking pan with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 3 hours until ice cream has set up. Overnight is best.
5. Gently remove s’mores ice cream bar from baking pan by lifting from parchment overhang. Place on a cutting board and cut into bars using marshmallows as guides.*
6. Brown the marshmallows tops with a kitchen torch. Enjoy immediately!

Ingredients

• 12 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup peanut butter I usually use a heaping cup
• 1 1/2 – 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 cup of your favorite mix-ins chocolate chips, Reese’s Pieces, peanut butter cups, etc

Instructions

• In a large bowl beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
• Mix in the peanut butter and powdered sugar
• Beat in 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, then slowly beat in the rest until it’s as sweet as you like it.
• Stir in the mix-ins.
• Serve Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dip with cookies, crackers, pretzels or fruit.
