  • 1 can of Vienna sausages, drained and sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and whisk for about 1 minute until it forms a smooth paste.
  3. Gradually pour in the milk, continuously stirring to prevent lumps. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
