Ingredients:

  • 8-10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing the wrappers)

Instructions:

  1. Make the Banana Pudding:
    • In a saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Heat over medium, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
    • In a small bowl, beat the egg yolks. Gradually whisk in a portion of the hot milk mixture to temper the yolks.
