These massive lobster tails though… straight up delicious cooked over fire with a creamy cheese sauce on top. Find the recipe below! So good 🦞 🔥 . . . Lobster Garlic Bacon Cream Sauce . Ingredients: – 2 tbsp of butter – 5 garlic cloves, chopped – 1.5 tbsp of Cooked Bacon Bits – 1/4 cup of Heavy Cream – 1/4 cup of Jack Cheese – 2 tbsp of Chives – 1 tbsp of Flour . Directions: 1. Melt butter in medium high heat skillet. Add garlic to brown (2 mins). 2. Add bacon and let cook for 2 more minutes. 3. Finally, lower your temperature to low and add cream, cheese, chives and flour. Mix thoroughly and let simmer over fire till thickened (about 8-10 mins). Stir frequently. 4.
