Everything Bagel Breakfast

There is something about a breakfast casserole that just makes mornings feel easier. This Everything Bagel Breakfast Casserole has all the flavor of a loaded breakfast sandwich, but it is baked together in one cozy dish.

It is made with chopped everything bagels, eggs, cheese, cream cheese, and savory breakfast meat, then finished with that classic everything bagel seasoning on top. The edges get golden, the inside stays soft and cheesy, and every bite has that salty, garlicky bagel flavor people love.

This is the kind of recipe that works for holidays, weekend brunch, meal prep, or feeding a hungry family without standing over the stove all morning. You can even assemble it the night before and bake it the next day, which makes it perfect for busy mornings.

Serve it warm with fruit, coffee, or a simple side salad if you are making it for brunch. It is hearty, comforting, and easy enough to become one of those recipes you make again and again.
