S’mores Funnel Cake

Experiencing a little cabin fever? Easy S’mores Funnel Cake brings your favorite summer flavors together. Graham cracker funnel cake topped with hot fudge & marshmallow sauce is so good!

Ingredients

• 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1-1/3 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 2 graham crackers – crushed for the batter
• *Oil for frying amt depends on your skillet size I used peanut oil
• 1/4 cup confectioners sugar for dusting
• 8 oz hot fudge – warm
• 8 oz marshmallow creme – warm & melted
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
• 2 graham crackers – crushed for topping
