Salmon Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Salmon:
    • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it’s cooked through and easily flakes with a fork. Set aside and let it cool slightly.
