Gingerbread Cheesecake with Cranberry Compote

Ingredients:
For the Gingerbread Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups gingerbread cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix gingerbread cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
- Make Cheesecake Filling:
