Frozen Banana Sushi Bites

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- ¼ cup peanut butter (or almond butter, Nutella, etc.)
- ½ cup granola or crushed cereal
- ½ cup melted chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
- Optional toppings: shredded coconut, chopped nuts, sprinkles
Instructions:
- Peel & Prep:
Peel the bananas and spread peanut butter all over the outside (yes, the outside!). - Roll It:
Roll the peanut butter-covered bananas in granola or crushed cereal until coated. - Slice & Freeze:
Slice into sushi-like rounds and place on a parchment-lined tray.
Freeze for 30–45 minutes until firm. - Drizzle & Decorate:
Drizzle with melted chocolate and add your favorite toppings. Freeze another 10 minutes if needed.
