Crusted Mac n' Cheese Balls

MAC N CHEESE

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni pasta
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup shedded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shedded mozarella cheese

MAC N CHEESE BALLS

  • 6 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 bag Cape Cod Aged Cheddar and Sour Cream Chips
