Ranch Pasta Salad


  • 2 cups pasta cooked according to package
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 3 tbsp dairy free yogurt of choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Orange bell pepper
  • Cucumber
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


  1. Add the ranch seasoning to the yogurt and mix well
  2. Add to cooked pasta and stir
  3. Add all cut up vegetables
  4. Squeeze lemon on top and add olive oil
  5. Mix well
  6. Let it sit in fridge for one hour before serving
  7. Enjoy!
