Ranch Flavored Refrigerator Pickles

These quick and easy refrigerator pickles are flavored with ranch seasoning for an extra kick! They will remain crisp in your refrigerator (ready for snacking) for weeks.

Ranch Refrigerator Pickles Ingredients

  • 3-4 small to medium-sized cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 Ranch seasoning packet
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon sugar (if desired)
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for some heat

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cucumbers: Wash and dry the cucumbers thoroughly. Slice them into rounds or spears and place them in a clean glass jar or airtight container.
  2. Prepare the Brine: In a medium saucepan, combine the water, white vinegar, salt, and sugar (if using). Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring until the salt (and sugar) is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let the brine cool slightly.
  3. Add Ranch Seasoning: Stir in the entire Ranch seasoning packet into the warm brine. If you’d like some heat, you can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  4. Pour over Cucumbers: Carefully pour the Ranch-seasoned brine over the cucumber slices in the jar, making sure they are fully covered.
  5. Seal and Refrigerate: Seal the jar or container with a tight-fitting lid. Place it in the refrigerator and allow the flavors to infuse for at least 24 hours before tasting. For stronger flavor, wait a couple of days.
