Galaxy Fudge Is The New Dessert Everyone Is Making

During lock-down many people were allowed the time for baking and crafts. Because of this, there are so many new creations bouncing around the internet. This one takes the cake. Introducing Galaxy Fudge… the new internet cooking trend that is going to get kids (and adults) across the country *seriously* excited.

Recipes for the colorful snack vary, but they all have a few ingredients in common: white chocolate, blue, purple or pink food coloring and lots of sprinkles.

Ingredients

• 110g unsalted butter
• 120g double cream
• 390g caster sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 140g mini marshmallows
• 225g white chocolate (chopped up bar or chips)
• Black, blue, purple and pink food colouring
• Your choice of galaxy sprinkles – think stars, gold, silver, shimmer!
