Uncrustables Expands PB&J Lineup with the Launch of Peanut Butter & Raspberry Sandwich
For the first time in over a decade, Uncrustables has introduced a brand-new flavor: Peanut Butter and Raspberry Spread. This launch, rolling out in the fall of 2024, marks the latest innovation in the beloved crust-free sandwich line, joining other fan-favorite flavors like Grape Jelly, Strawberry Jam, Honey Spread, and Chocolate-Flavored Hazelnut Spread.
According to the J.M. Smucker Company, the new Raspberry flavor adds a sweet, tangy twist to the iconic lunchbox staple. Chris Achenbach, the marketing director at the J.M. Smucker Co., explained, “Uncrustables were born from a simple yet powerful goal: to make snack and mealtimes stress-free.” He added that this latest flavor reflects the company’s commitment to evolving their offerings, bringing “new flavors that excite kids” and providing “convenient options for adults on the go.”
The Peanut Butter & Raspberry Spread sandwiches are available in 4- and 10-count boxes at select retailers, with plans to expand availability nationwide throughout the fall. Like all Uncrustables, these sandwiches are freezer-friendly and ready to eat after thawing—making them perfect for busy school mornings or on-the-go snacking.
This new release follows the company’s recent trend of introducing exciting products, such as the Jif Peanut Butter & Chocolate Flavored Spread earlier in 2024, as part of their broader effort to modernize and innovate across their brands. With the new raspberry flavor, Uncrustables continues to be a favorite, delivering variety and convenience in one simple, crustless package.
