McDonald’s Just Announced A Plan To Fix All Their Ice Cream Machines

There is one thing that most people agree on about McDonald’s, their ice cream machines are almost always broken. The company has announced they will be fixing every single one of their ice cream machines.

The broken machines have become somewhat of a running joke on the internet, and even McDonald’s has poked fun at the issue on their own social media accounts.

The site displays a map of every McDonald’s location in the US, denoted by clusters of dots. Tyler Gamble, the franchisee leader, said he wanted to “ensure that McDonald’s is no longer the butt of the joke, even with their own social media team.”

There is no set timeframe for the repair of the machines, nor is there a clear plan. Many believe the machines will be replaced because there is nothing mechanically wrong with their machines. The process of cleaning the machines can take up to four hours, leaving the machines closed for a big part of the day.
