All the rich, caramelized onion flavor of French onion soup turned into a creamy, cheesy pasta dinner.

Ingredients

12 oz pasta, such as rigatoni, penne, or fettuccine

3 large yellow onions, thinly sliced

3 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried thyme

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups beef broth

¾ cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella or provolone

¼ cup grated Parmesan

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, optional

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

Caramelize the onions. Melt butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add onions, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are very soft and deep golden brown.

Add garlic, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another minute.

Sprinkle the flour over the onions and stir for about 1 minute.

Slowly pour in the beef broth while stirring. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Stir in the heavy cream. Reduce heat to low and add Gruyère, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until smooth and melted.

Add the cooked pasta and toss until completely coated. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water.

Top with extra Gruyère or Parmesan and parsley before serving.

Optional upgrade: Transfer everything to a baking dish, cover with extra Gruyère and broil for 2–3 minutes until bubbly and golden—almost like the cheesy top of actual French onion soup.

For many travelers, the best possible airline upgrade is not a fancy meal or early boarding – it is simply not having a stranger sitting inches away from them.

United Airlines is introducing a new Economy Plus seating option that guarantees an empty middle seat. Instead of selling that seat to another passenger, the airline will place a shared table between the window and aisle travelers, creating additional elbow room and space for drinks or personal items.

The new setup will initially be limited to one row aboard United’s new Airbus A321XLR aircraft. Pricing has not yet been announced, with sales information expected later in 2026. United has also suggested that the idea could eventually expand to other aircraft if travelers respond positively.

The concept resembles seating arrangements already offered by some European airlines, where carriers block the middle seat to create a roomier premium experience. United says it expects to become the only major U.S. airline offering this specific type of row.

Of course, the biggest question is how much it will cost. An empty middle seat sounds appealing, but some travelers may feel airlines are creating another fee for comfort that used to depend on luck. Others may gladly pay extra—especially on a long flight—to avoid fighting over the armrest or feeling squeezed between strangers.

This is not United’s only attempt to make economy travel more comfortable. The airline has also announced “Relax Rows,” which will allow passengers on some larger aircraft to turn three economy seats into a couch-like space for sleeping or lounging after takeoff, beginning in early 2027.

Air travel is increasingly becoming a choose-your-own-price experience. Passengers can pay for luggage, boarding position, additional legroom, seat selection—and now potentially the privilege of making sure nobody occupies the seat beside them.

Would you pay extra for a guaranteed empty middle seat? If so, what is the most you would spend?

Burger King fans who still have a soft spot for the classic Original Chicken Sandwich may have a new reason to pull into the drive-thru. The chain is reportedly adding two limited-time versions of the longtime menu favorite starting July 7: a Loaded Jalapeño Original Chicken Sandwich and a Club Original Chicken Sandwich.

The Original Chicken Sandwich has been around since 1979, and it is known for its long crispy chicken patty, lettuce, mayo, and sesame seed bun. But Burger King is now giving that old-school sandwich a little more personality.

The spicier option is the Loaded Jalapeño Original Chicken Sandwich. This one comes with creamy jalapeño sauce, pickled jalapeños, crispy jalapeños, crispy onions, lettuce, tomato, and American cheese. Basically, Burger King is taking the classic chicken sandwich and turning up the heat.

For people who like something a little more traditional, there is also the Club Original Chicken Sandwich. That version comes with bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. It sounds like the safer choice, but honestly, bacon and Swiss on a crispy chicken sandwich is usually hard to argue with.

The new sandwiches are part of Burger King’s push to listen more closely to what customers actually want. According to Allrecipes, the additions are connected to the chain’s “Guest Listening Initiative,” which Burger King launched earlier this year to collect customer feedback.

Of course, the real question is whether these deserve a permanent spot on the menu or if they are just another limited-time fast-food tease. The Loaded Jalapeño version sounds like it could get plenty of attention from people who love spicy food, while the Club version feels like something that could easily become a regular order.

Either way, Burger King is clearly trying to make the Original Chicken Sandwich exciting again.

Would you try the Loaded Jalapeño one, the Club version, or are you sticking with the classic?

Little Caesars is swinging into summer with a new limited-time pizza that superhero fans may want to try.

The chain has teamed up with Sony Pictures’ Spider-Man: Brand New Day for a special menu item called the Webberoni Pizza, a large round pizza topped with a “web” of shredded pepperoni and toasted cheese. The pizza is available at participating Little Caesars locations for $8.99, though prices may vary by location.

Unlike a regular pepperoni pizza, this one is designed to look like Spider-Man’s webbing. Instead of just classic pepperoni slices scattered across the pizza, the Webberoni uses shredded pepperoni and a toasted two-cheese blend across the top to create the web effect.

The new pizza became available beginning June 22 at participating locations. Customers can grab a HOT-N-READY Webberoni Pizza from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., or order one online anytime. Little Caesars is also letting customers add the same “webbed” topping style to other pizzas for an extra cost, but that option is online-only.

And it is not just about the pizza. Starting July 6, customers who buy a Webberoni Pizza for digital carryout or in restaurant can receive a limited-edition Spider-Man poster while supplies last. There will be three different poster designs, with new designs refreshing weekly at participating locations through the week of July 20, while supplies last.

The promotion is tied to the upcoming movie Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which is scheduled to hit theaters on July 31, 2026.

This is one of those fast-food releases that feels made for families, movie nights, and anyone who loves a themed food drop. It is also the kind of menu item that will probably split people into two groups: the ones who think it is fun and the ones who think pizza does not need a superhero costume.

Either way, for under $10 at participating locations, the Webberoni Pizza is likely going to get attention from both pizza lovers and Spider-Man fans.

So now the real question is: Would you try the Webberoni Pizza, or is this one just for the collectors?

Dunkin’ may have just dropped one of the most talked-about summer cups of the year.

The coffee chain launched a limited-edition Eagle Cup to celebrate America’s 250th birthday, and fans are already treating it like a collectible. The cup officially landed at participating Dunkin’ locations nationwide on June 29, and it is only available while supplies last.

And this is not just a regular reusable cup with a cute design. This one has wings, a clear body, and a sculpted eagle-shaped lid, making it one of Dunkin’s most over-the-top patriotic releases yet.

The Cup Comes With a Drink Deal

The Eagle Cup retails for $10.99 and includes one free medium Dunkin’ beverage with purchase.

But the part that may make people want it even more is the promo code inside the cup. Each cup includes a unique code that can unlock one $3 medium Refresher or Dunkin’ Zero drink per day for 30 days.

That means the cup is not just for looks. For people who already make regular Dunkin’ runs, it could actually be a fun little summer deal.

Why Everyone Is Talking About It

Collectible cups have become a whole thing, and Dunkin’ knows exactly what it is doing with this one.

The Eagle Cup is funny, patriotic, dramatic, and very easy to post online. It is the kind of cup people either immediately want or immediately make jokes about, which is exactly why it is getting attention.

Some fans are calling it cute. Others think it is ridiculous. And honestly, that is probably what makes it perfect for social media.

It is bold, it is extra, and it definitely does not look like every other cup sitting in the cabinet.

Dunkin’ Also Dropped a Patriotic Menu

The Eagle Cup is part of Dunkin’s bigger Fourth of July celebration, which includes limited-time drinks and bakery items inspired by summer flavors.

Some of the festive drinks include Fruit Punch Refresher, Starlight Lemonade, Freeze Pop Limeade, Cherrylicious Daydream Refresher, and other colorful seasonal options.

There are also patriotic bakery treats like the Rocket Pop Donut, Stars & Stripes Donut, and Stars & Stripes MUNCHKINS Donut Hole Treats.

Basically, Dunkin’ is going all-in on red, white, blue, and caffeine.

Is It Worth Buying?

That depends on how much you love a novelty cup.

For $10.99, you get the collectible cup, a free medium drink, and access to the $3 drink promo if you use the code. If you are already a Dunkin’ fan, it may be worth grabbing before it sells out.

But if you are buying it just because everyone else is talking about it, that is exactly how limited-edition cups get us.

The real question is: is this cup cute, chaotic, or both?

Either way, Dunkin’ got people talking — and that may be the biggest win of all.

Would you buy the Eagle Cup, or is this one doing too much?

There are some fast-food sides people simply refuse to forget, and Arby’s Potato Cakes are one of them.

Now, the fan-favorite potato side may be getting a new life outside the drive-thru. Reports are circulating that Arby’s Potato Cakes are heading to grocery store freezer aisles in a frozen take-home version — and if true, this could be a big deal for anyone who still thinks about those crispy little potato triangles more than they probably should.

The rumored frozen version appears to come in a 27-ounce bag, giving fans a way to make the crispy shredded potato cakes at home without waiting in line or hoping their local Arby’s has them available.

For longtime Arby’s fans, this is not just another frozen potato product. Potato Cakes have had a dramatic history. They disappeared from the menu in 2021, came back for a limited time in 2024, and then returned more permanently in 2025 after fans made it very clear they were not ready to move on.

And honestly? That makes the freezer aisle rumor even more interesting.

Fast-food favorites going grocery-store official has become a major trend. People want the restaurant items they love, but they also want them at home, in their air fryer, at 10 p.m., with no judgment and no pants required. Frozen Arby’s Potato Cakes would fit perfectly into that category.

The biggest question now is where they will actually be sold. So far, there does not appear to be a confirmed store list or official release date, which makes the whole thing feel even more mysterious. Will they show up at Walmart? Kroger? Target? Everywhere? Only select stores?

Fans are going to be watching the freezer aisle closely.

If they taste anything like the Arby’s version, they could easily become a grocery-store hit. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfect for dipping, Potato Cakes are basically hash browns with a cult following.

The real debate, though, is already starting: would you rather get them fresh from Arby’s, or would you buy a bag and make them at home?

Either way, one thing is clear — people still care deeply about Arby’s Potato Cakes, and the freezer aisle may be their next big comeback.

McDonald’s fans, this is not a drill: the Fried Apple Pie is officially back.

For anyone who grew up with the original version, this is the kind of fast-food news that instantly unlocks a memory. The crispy golden crust. The warm cinnamon apple filling. The little cardboard sleeve that made it feel like a special treat even if you were just sitting in the backseat after a drive-thru run.

Now, after more than three decades away from most U.S. menus, McDonald’s has brought the Fried Apple Pie back for a limited time at participating restaurants nationwide.

And yes, people are already debating whether it is better than the baked apple pie.

A Fast-Food Dessert With Serious Nostalgia

The original McDonald’s Fried Apple Pie first became a classic decades ago, long before limited-time menu drops became a social media event. It was crispy, warm, flaky, and very different from the baked apple pie that many customers are used to today.

For a lot of longtime fans, the fried version is the one they remember most.

That is why this return feels bigger than just another dessert coming back. It is nostalgia in a red box. It is the kind of menu item that makes people say, “I remember when these were everywhere.”

McDonald’s says the returning Fried Apple Pie is made with a cinnamon-spiced apple filling and wrapped in a flaky fried crust. It is also made with 100% American-grown apples.

Why Is McDonald’s Bringing It Back Now?

The comeback is tied to America’s 250th birthday celebration, giving the return a patriotic summer feel. Apple pie has always had that classic “all-American dessert” image, so bringing back a fried apple pie during a milestone year makes sense.

McDonald’s is also leaning into the road-trip nostalgia of the whole thing. To celebrate the return, the company created a giant 35-foot Fried Apple Pie display along Route 66 in Joliet, Illinois.

Yes, a giant McDonald’s pie photo stop is now part of the summer food conversation.

It is the exact kind of thing that feels made for Facebook comments: funny, nostalgic, slightly ridiculous, and very shareable.

Fried Apple Pie vs. Baked Apple Pie

Now here is where the debate starts.

Some people love the current baked apple pie. It is warm, sweet, and familiar. But others have been asking for the fried version to return for years because the texture is completely different.

The fried version has more crunch. The outside is crispier and flakier, while the inside stays warm and soft. It feels more like an old-school fair treat or a classic hand pie than a standard fast-food dessert.

That is probably why so many fans are excited. This is not just about apple filling. It is about the crust.

And in the world of fast food, crust matters.

Is It Permanent?

For now, no. McDonald’s says the Fried Apple Pie is back for a limited time only at participating restaurants while supplies last.

That means if you want to try it, this is probably one of those menu items you should not wait too long on. Limited-time fast-food items have a way of disappearing right when everyone finally starts talking about them.

It is also possible that strong fan reaction could make McDonald’s consider future returns, but for now, this is being treated as a summer comeback.

Why This One Has People Talking

Fast-food nostalgia is powerful. People love talking about the menu items they grew up with, especially when something disappears for decades and suddenly comes back.

The Fried Apple Pie has all the ingredients for a viral food debate:

It is nostalgic.
It is limited time.
It is tied to summer.
It has a giant roadside pie display.
And people already have strong opinions about whether fried or baked is better.

Some customers will try it because they remember it. Others will try it because they have only heard about it. Either way, McDonald’s has brought back one of its most talked-about desserts at exactly the right time.

The Big Question

Would you rather have the crispy fried apple pie back for good, or do you prefer the baked one?

Because this might be one of those fast-food comebacks that proves the old menu really did hit different.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce wedding talk is heating up again, and now fans are asking the real important question:

What would be on the menu?

With new speculation swirling around a possible July wedding event in New York City, Swifties and football fans are once again trying to decode every clue. Reports have pointed to permits, hotel bookings, and possible Madison Square Garden-related activity, but nothing has been officially confirmed by Swift or Kelce’s representatives.

Still, that has not stopped the internet from doing what it does best: turning one rumor into a full-blown investigation.

And honestly, the food might be the most fun part.

If Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce do end up throwing one of the most talked-about celebrity weddings of the year, the menu could be a perfect mix of her cozy, homemade style and his Kansas City football world. Taylor has long had a reputation for baking, and Travis has never exactly given “small salad and water” energy.

So what would a Taylor and Travis wedding menu actually look like?

Fans have a few very delicious theories.

For starters, homemade Pop-Tarts feel almost required. Taylor’s baking became part of Chiefs lore after Kansas City coach Andy Reid revealed she had made homemade Pop-Tarts for the team’s offensive linemen. The story went viral because it felt so unexpectedly wholesome: one of the biggest pop stars in the world casually baking treats for football players.

That alone makes Pop-Tarts a strong candidate for a late-night wedding snack table.

Then there is the obvious Travis Kelce side of the menu: Kansas City-inspired comfort food. Think barbecue sliders, loaded mac and cheese cups, crispy fried appetizers, and maybe even a football-themed snack station. If there is one thing a Swift-Kelce wedding menu would probably not be, it is boring.

A Nashville-inspired touch would also make sense for Taylor. Mini hot chicken sandwiches, biscuits with honey butter, or Southern-style appetizers could be a sweet nod to the city that helped shape her early career.

And of course, Swifties would expect at least a few Easter eggs.

A “Lover” dessert table? A “Red” velvet cake? Lavender cocktails? Chai sugar cookies? A late-night snack bar called “Midnights”? Nothing would surprise fans at this point.

The wedding cake alone could become its own viral moment. Fans are already imagining something romantic, elegant, and filled with hidden references. Taylor has built an empire on symbolism, so a plain white cake with zero meaning feels almost impossible.

But the most likely menu might not be ultra-fancy at all.

Part of what makes the Taylor and Travis relationship so interesting to fans is that it blends superstar glamour with normal, cozy, game-day energy. Chicken tenders, ranch, homemade desserts, barbecue, and late-night comfort food would probably get more people talking than a menu full of tiny plates no one can pronounce.

That is what makes this possible wedding so fascinating. It would not just be a celebrity event. It would be a pop culture collision between Swifties, NFL fans, food lovers, and everyone who secretly wants to know what Taylor Swift serves at a party.

Whether the latest wedding rumors turn out to be true or not, one thing is clear: fans are already hungry for details.

And if homemade Pop-Tarts make an appearance?

The internet may never recover.

If you’re looking for an appetizer that feels fancy but takes almost no effort, this Baked Feta Garlic Bread Dip is about to become your new favorite. Creamy feta cheese bakes alongside juicy cherry tomatoes and roasted garlic until everything is soft, warm, and packed with flavor. Then comes the best part—scooping it up with crispy, buttery garlic bread.

This recipe is perfect for game day, holiday gatherings, dinner parties, or those nights when you just want a delicious snack that looks like you spent way more time making it than you actually did. The combination of tangy feta, sweet roasted tomatoes, and crunchy garlic bread is simple, comforting, and completely addictive.

Once you make it, don’t be surprised if everyone gathers around the dish and it disappears before dinner even starts!

Ingredients:

1 block feta cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes
4 to 5 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
Black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon honey, optional
Fresh basil or parsley
Garlic bread, crostini, or toasted baguette slices for dipping

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place the block of feta in the center of a small baking dish. Add cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves around it.

Drizzle everything with olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft and creamy.

Mash the feta, roasted garlic, and tomatoes together until it turns into a warm, creamy dip.

Drizzle with honey if you want a sweet and salty flavor. Top with fresh basil or parsley.

Serve warm with garlic bread, toasted baguette slices, or crackers.
