• 2 1/2 cups almond flour⁣⁣
• 3 eggs⁣⁣
• 1/2 cup milk of choice ⁣⁣
• 1/3 cup maple syrup⁣⁣
• 5 tbsp butter melted⁣⁣
• 2 tsp vanilla extract⁣⁣
• 1 tsp baking soda ⁣⁣
• 1 tsp baking powder ⁣⁣

Apple Mixture (combine)

• 2 red apples
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon

Coconut butter (melted) for drizzling on top

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a bread pan with parchment paper⁣⁣
2. Whisk together eggs, maple syrup, butter, milk and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda ⁣⁣
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix in half the apple mixture
4. Pour into bread pan. Top with the remaining apple mixture (+ extra brown sugar if you want) ⁣⁣
5. Bake for 1 hr – 1 hr 15 min ⁣⁣
6. Let cool, top with coconut butter & refrigerate until coconut butter hardens
